CCS is an ISO 9000:2001 certified company, and our production process is set up to ensure repeatability and the highest quality.

The production team follows build instructions and inspection sheets on every job to ensure consistent builds. Technicians are authorized to put any job on “hold” status if quality is ever in question.

Before production begins on a custom job, a prototype or pre-production unit is built. After the sustaining engineer and you, the customer, have approved the design, production can begin. Each finished product is inspected by two technicians and put through functionality and reliability tests before shipping.
