After evaluating existing systems and project plans, CCS designs a solution that will best meet your performance and budget parameters. If one of our standard products does not fit your needs, we will design a unique solution to meet your specifications.
Our design engineering team – with computer, electrical, mechanical, and software engineering expertise – functions as an extension of your own project team. As a “vendor-neutral” solution provider, CCS is not bound to any specific manufacturers. This puts us in an advantageous position to offer cost-saving, high-quality options. Clients may specify hardware brands (to utilize existing IT contracts) or allow CCS to recommend them based on its extensive experience with a wide variety of manufacturers.
After identifying all attributes of the design that are critical to quality (CTQ), CCS will establish a project timeline that includes development milestones, design reviews, and any other necessary control points. The Design phase is also the time to address any environmental or export compliance requirements so that CCS can source parts and manage documentation appropriately.
